Reviews  By Ed M from Chesterdield , MI Posted Jun 8, 2015 I took 3 tanks for servicing, one for visu and two for hydro. Was told it would take a week. Called back 12 days later and after several different variations of the status of my tanks was told the visu was done and the hydros would take one more week. After mentioning how I would have taken them to another shop if I had know it would take three weeks I was hung up on. When I arrived to pick up my tank that was complete the owner was verbally abusive to me telling me to give him my "f-ing money" and called me a "f-ing idiot" several times. My tanks for hydro did get magically get done that day, however I would never recommend this shop due to the verbal abuse I recieved. Other shops in the area have far superior service and will go out of the way to serve you with a smile. I did not quote a time frame for the work, I did not double talk about the status, I did not hang up on them, I was not verbally abusive to them. I did not deserve the treatment I received additionally the owner told another customer I swore at his wife on the phone (total lie) and he "hopes to meet me in the street aome day", kinda sounds like a threat to me.
